 Pashori Lal Managing Director

Pashori has a breadth of Business and HR experience in both the private and public sector and has highly developed skills in enabling and facilitating Organisational Change. He has a high degree of proficiency in Project Management and has trained senior Project and Programme Managers in Prince 2 (e.g. Security & Investigation Services and the Learning & Skills Council).

His chosen focus is in developing Change Capability in People, Organisational Design and Development and Culture Change. These skills are reinforced by his MSc in HR Change Management, the CIPD postgraduate diploma and are grounded in practical experience.


 Patrick Akins Senior Associate

Patrick is a highly skilled Senior Manager with in depth experience in business transformation, working across industries ranging from FMCG to Public Sector.

He has led very complex and demanding change programmes in some of Europe’s best-known organisations (Nestle, B.A.A, Thames Water, Ministry of Defence, Marconi, Southern Electricity Board and Surrey County Council).


 Geoffrey Freestone Senior Associate

Geoffrey is an energetic senior executive with a proven work record that demonstrates success in both manufacturing & service industries. Having held responsibilities as CEO, Group MD, MD and other senior roles, he has demonstrated ample success in implementing new business ideas whilst improving profitability. A key ability is inspiring teams to embrace change and new ideas positively and ensuring managers “own” the concept of continually improving themselves and the business they work in.

Examples of demanding change programmes he has led include an “Evaluation & Rebuild” programme for a €800m plc with a new business in Germany supplying building products to the German, UK, & Irish markets and Development of a start up in timber frame construction company into full commercial operation (increasing turnover to over £ ½ m in six months).
