	Peter Ambrose Associate Peter has had an extensive and varied sales background, with 22 years experience in delivering Sales and Behavioural Skills Training Courses, in 35 countries world-wide. He uses this experience and cultural sensitivity in quickly building rapport and constructing highly interactive workshops. Peter is known for an engaging and customer focused manner, one which has endeared him well to customers and clients alike.
	Derek Eccleston Associate Derek is an experienced, practical consultant, specialising in the provision of advice and training on employment law and employee relations. He has spent over 20 years in senior HR roles in a number of industries - local government, engineering and financial services. He has a close working relationship with a Midlands law firm, which helps to ensure that his legal knowledge is up to date. As well being a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD), a Chartered Insurer (ACII), Derek has recently completed an MA in Employment Law with Leicester University. He is a senior presenter for the CIPD, develops and presents public and in-house events and is a personal tutor on the Institute's Advanced Certificate in Employment Law.
	Monica Johnson Associate Monica is a confident presenter and successful businesswoman and has developed people in presentational skills, self discovery, coping with and managing stress and team building. She has many examples of successful and interactive workshop sessions.
