Performance and Life Coaching

Life Coaching Programme

What is Coaching?

Coaching is a collaborative partnership between a willing individual and their coach. Through a process of examining your beliefs, values and areas of importance to you, developing goals and action steps, it is possible for you to realise extraordinary results.

There is a focus on developing your potential and adopts a collaborative approach between both the coach and their client. A coach listens, offers advice, challenges and encourages you. The PLGA Coach looks at the whole person - the personal, family, social and business aspects of your life.

A Proven Track Record

We have been helping clients to make rapid improvements in their work, social and personal lives. We frequently find that prospective and actual clients do not have the time to treat their most important asset - themselves.

We have sessions which will help clients to clear the decks, see the wood for the trees and get an independent perspective - in short, to refocus. Our experienced Life Coaches will help you to do exactly that.

If you are at the top of your company, you may ask yourself questions like -
~ Who can I confide in?
~ Dare I admit my weaknesses?
~ Who will help me broaden my perspective?
~ Have I really got the right work/life balance?

Look below for an example of the many coaching subjects we will cover in our sessions with you.
But hurry, you owe it to yourself and we will give the next 15 applicants a 10% discount.

That's right - a 10% discount but only for the next 15 applicants.

Free coaching sample - Marketing YOU

What is it about you that you want to market? How do you want to attract people? To answer these and other questions you may have to seriously look at yourself and your makeup.

Here we shall keep thing simple and suggest that it is your talents that you should market. Yes that's right -market your "talents", not market "yourself". A lot of people make the mistake of reading that wrong their first time round.

You have to understand what your talents are and shamelessly market them. This is not as easy as it may first seem. When was the last time you really looked at yourself? Did you find out after getting past the surface skills of your profession, that you are also a good reflector? A good speaker? A good listener? Prone to spells of being creative? Of showing sensitivity, especially cultural sensitivity?

Okay you may not have done but make it easy for yourself. Ask about 4 or 5 close people who will give you an honest answer, to list what they consider to be your talents, no more than 5 or 10. Collect their answers together and select the top 10, maybe by choosing their most common ones.

Now look at that list and think - which of those talents are you using most of your time. And on the things you do well? Few people do. It can present a very strong and attractive situation when you see someone who is very confident in their abilities, knowledge and skills. For me it would mean that I would want to spend time with that person, to be able to learn what makes him/her so good, such a success.

You can do this. You can model your talents every day, demonstrate your strengths, show case your energy and exude pure confidence - such that others will want to be with you.
